I would like to announce the passing of Richard (Dick) Fishman from Laurelton (229th Street and 135th Avenue) Dick died after a long illness on September 10, 2008 in Boynton Beach, FL at the age of 67. He lived there with his 2nd wife of 24 years, Corinne. I am Marlene Zagon and I was married to Dick for almost 19 years until we divorced in 1983.

He is survived by two beautiful daughters, Mandy Fishman of Los Angeles and Lauren Fishman of San Diego, his sister Phyllis Fishman Lantos and two stepsons, their wives and 3 grandchildren. Most of Dick's career was in the construction business both in New York (on Long Island), San Diego, CA and then back in New York. He moved to Florida after retiring 5 years ago.
